Overview
We want you to feel confident about shopping for CleanPulse. This policy sets out the circumstances under which we issue refunds or replacements for products purchased from us. It does not apply to purchases made from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces; those are governed solely by the seller’s policies.
By placing an order, you agree to follow the return procedures described below. Failure to follow them may delay or prevent processing of your request.
Eligibility window
For most qualifying purchases, you may request a refund or exchange within thirty calendar days from the date of delivery as shown by the carrier’s tracking information. If tracking is unavailable, we may use the shipment date plus a reasonable transit estimate.
Product condition
To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned in substantially the same condition as received, with packaging intact where safety seals allow inspection. If the product is a dietary supplement, opened containers may receive partial credit or store credit depending on applicable law and our risk assessment.
Include all accessories, inserts, and promotional items that shipped with the original order if you are returning the full line item.
How to start a return
Email talk@snyxaronsyshodeo.world with your order number, the email address used for purchase, the items you wish to return, and a brief explanation. We may request photographs if the product arrived damaged or if the situation requires documentation.
After we receive your request, we will send a return authorization and shipping instructions if your return is approved. Do not send products to our office address without authorization, as unsolicited packages may not be linked to your account.
Processing timeline
Once we receive your return at the facility we designate, we typically inspect within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Financial institutions may take additional time to post credits to your account.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or similar), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
Non-returnable situations
We cannot accept returns that pose a health or safety risk once opened, where prohibited by regulation, or when purchased through unauthorized channels. Final sale items, if any, will be clearly marked at checkout.
Subscription orders
If you participate in a subscription program, cancellation and refund rules for future shipments may differ; refer to your subscription confirmation.
Gifts
Refunds for gift purchases may be issued as store credit to the original purchaser or as otherwise required by law.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within seven calendar days of delivery. Include photos of the outer packaging and affected products. We may offer a prepaid return label, replacement shipment, or full refund including reasonable shipping costs at our discretion.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may provide evidence of delivery and your acceptance of these Terms. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue without involving dispute fees.
